• Metal and non metal sorting machine prototype was done using beckoff PLC
• Pneumatic systems (Pneumatic cylinders and DCV's) were used in the operation process
• Closed loop Conveyor belt system was developed for transferring the parts
• PLC ladder logic was programmed for the entire system
